Today I read an article from about.com that quoted that Americans spend $19 billion…… (Yes….billion) a year on making purchases from wedding gift registries. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if more of that money would go towards independent, locally owned businesses? We are working on it. Slowly! You can help. Think global, gift local.
